Challenges:

Due to the design intent without altering architects visual, we have taken glass to its limits without being overrun on programme and budgets. Something that can look simple turned about to be very complex.

Approach:

The team conducted a thorough analysis of the project site to identify potential challenges and develop a detail plan to mitigate them.

This included identifying alternative construction methods to manoeuvre material to minimize the impact of limited space.

Effective communication: The team established clear lines of communications between different departments, including the client, architects, engineers and contractors. This helps resolve any issues quickly and minimise delays.

Collaboration: the team worked closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure the time of delivery of materials and equipment. This helped us keep the project on track and minimise any disruptions

Result:

The project was delivered on time and within budget, despite the many challenges faced. This is the first Monsoon Kids Store to be delivered in the UK.
